All sales final. UREI does not run or manage the software itself, only provides a seat on an account the company itself pays for and is 3rd party. The monthly fee in this order includes and is limited to the charge of the monthly seat cost and does not include any other charges, including but not limited to, list pulling, searches, document fees, skip tracing, or other. You are agreeing to and pre-authorizing UREI to pay for such additional charges your seat incurs on behalf of UREI. If there's a price attached to an activity within the tool, ask for permission and await approval at [email protected] prior to incurring the charge.
